| You need to get a screw driver and two of them have a gap where you can sort of gently tap them down to bend them. Then it is easier to pull them out. The other two don't have the gap that let's you bend them, but I still had to use a tiny screw driver. It takes some time and you just need to be gentle. Even if you barely nick the very very outside edge, you'll still be okay because the seal will sit beyond that point. Use a PVC pipe the same size as the seals to tap them into place. For the crank seal, install a new one by taking a magazine cover and rolling it into a tube shape. Oil it up and slide the seal over the tube and over the first metal cylinder that it has to make it over. You can put the PVC pipe over the magazine roll and tap it into place as well.
